The groom comes to you.
Booking takes 60 seconds.
I'm Wyndi Nair. I can't answer the phone with a soapy poodle in my arms — so I built this instead. Tell me your ZIP and I'll tell you the next day Marge, my yellow Sprinter, is parked on your street.
What's inside Marge
- Her own water tank and hot water — nothing plugs into your house
- A quiet high-velocity dryer (the reason nervous dogs cope)
- Non-slip tub, no kennels, no waiting around all day
- Parked within 50 ft of your door
The weekly route
One neighborhood a day, so I'm never late
I stopped crossing Portland midday. Each day belongs to one part of town — which means the slot you pick is a slot I can actually keep.

Three steps, then you forget about it
Nobody should have to send five messages to get a dog washed.
Tell me about your dog
Breed, weight, how the coat's doing. Sixty seconds, and the price and length are real — not a "call for quote".
Pick a time I'm on your street
You only see slots on the day I'm already in your neighborhood, with travel time built in.
Get reminders, confirm with one tap
Booked, two days before, morning of. One tap to confirm, reschedule or cancel. No 9pm DM tag.
The house rules
Plain words, no fine print
Five things that keep the route running and the day honest.
Confirm 48 hours ahead
You'll get one text two days before. Tap yes and you're set. No tap and the slot goes to whoever's waiting for that street — I can't drive across town to an empty driveway.
Rabies record for the first visit
Upload a photo of the record when you book. Vet email works too. After that I keep it on file until it expires.
A parking spot within 50 feet
Marge is a Sprinter van. I run water and power from her, so I need legal parking close to your door. A driveway is perfect; a saved curb spot works fine.
Walk your dog first
A short walk before I arrive means fewer potty breaks mid-groom and a calmer dog in the tub.
Matting is a comfort call
If the comb won't pass, I shave rather than pull. I'll show you before I start and the dematting fee is on the quote up front — never a surprise.
Questions
Things people text me at 9pm
Do I need to be home?+
Yes, for drop-off and pick-up. You don't have to hover — most people go back inside and I text when we're five minutes from done.
Where does the dog actually get groomed?+
Inside Marge, parked at your curb. She has her own water tank, hot water heater, tub and quiet dryer. Nothing plugs into your house.
How long does it take?+
A small tidy dog is about an hour. A matted doodle can be two and a half. Your quote shows the real number before you book, so you can plan your morning.
What if my dog is anxious or reactive?+
One dog at a time, no cage, no other dogs barking — that's the whole point of the van. Tell me what sets them off in the booking notes and I'll work around it.
Can I get a different day than my zone's day?+
Saturdays are open to every zone. Otherwise I stick to the route — driving across Portland midday is how groomers end up running 90 minutes late.
How do I pay?+
Card, Venmo or cash at the van when we're done. Tips go straight in the jar by the door, no pressure.
What if I need to cancel?+
Cancel from your booking link any time. Inside 24 hours I'll ask you to rebook rather than charge you — but if it becomes a habit I'll ask for a deposit.
